SweatCount (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the SweatCount iOS application.

Information We Access

Health Data (Read-Only)

SweatCount reads your health and fitness data directly from Apple Health (HealthKit) with your explicit permission. We do not collect, copy, or store this data — it remains in Apple Health on your device.

All data processing happens locally on your device. Your workout data never leaves your iPhone.

Third-Party Services

Analytics (TelemetryDeck)

We use the privacy-friendly analytics service TelemetryDeck (provider: TelemetryDeck GmbH, Von-der-Tann-Str. 54, 86159 Augsburg, Germany) to analyze app usage. The use is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, as we require reliable and efficient tools for collecting app usage data in order to improve the app.
